At eyebobs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your frames, which is why we offer a 90-day risk-free return policy on all eyewear. If your new look isn't a perfect fit, we provide free shipping on all domestic returns and exchanges to ensure you find your perfect pair.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select whether you would like an exchange or a refund, then download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Frames

  Securely place your eyewear, including the original case and cleaning cloth, into the shipping box and apply the prepaid label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
